Who we are

Kiwi Custom Construction Ltd. is a construction company based in Kelowna, British Columbia. You can reach us at kiwicustompools@gmail.com or 250-863-6878.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of your project. When you submit the contact form, it is delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards the message to our inbox. We do not have user accounts and we do not take payments through this site.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotes. Emails are kept as normal business records. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we only share it where a project requires it, for example with a subcontractor coming to your property, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Third-party services

This site relies on a few third-party services: Google Fonts and the jsDelivr content delivery network (for fonts and one animation library), and Formspree (to receive contact-form submissions). When your browser contacts those services, they receive standard technical information such as your IP address, and Formspree processes the details you enter in the form. Their own privacy policies apply to that handling.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email kiwicustompools@gmail.com and we will sort it out. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
